Imposter check results are now included in your final PDF reports
A small update that makes your reports more complete—and your audit trails more reliable.
Our Imposter Check feature has quickly become a favourite among clients. But until recently, its results were only available on the client portal. That meant if you downloaded the final PDF report, the Imposter Check outcome wasn’t always there—leading to occasional gaps in documentation.
That’s now fixed.
From today, every completed Imposter Check will appear in your final downloadable reports.
What’s changed:
- Previously, Imposter Check results were only viewable within the Veremark client portal. If you downloaded the candidate’s final report (PDF), this information was missing.
- Now, any Imposter Check that has been completed will be reflected in the candidate’s full PDF report—alongside the other verification results.
- The check result includes whether the candidate’s selfie matched the submitted ID document and will follow the same formatting as other check summaries.
- This applies to all checks completed moving forward—there’s no need to reconfigure anything on your end.

This update ensures every check you run with us is fully documented in one place. Whether you're sharing reports with internal stakeholders or keeping records for compliance purposes, you’ll now have a complete and consistent audit trail.
