As a large organisation firmly rooted in the financial sector, Ocorian works in a heavily regulated industry. It is also global which brings an added layer of complexity when it comes to hiring.

With a high level of hires coming in to the business from a wide range of countries, Ocorian knew that they needed support to minimise the strain on the hiring department, but to also help maintain compliance and industry standards. What has emerged from this is a very personal relationship between the two companies.
