As an employer or EP candidate, users can now use the Veremark platform to verify the authenticity and accreditation of educational qualifications for Employment Pass (EP) applications, in compliance with MOM's requirements, to ensure a smooth and accurate EP application process.

If you have a new account, you can initiate the process by selecting "Get Started, or simply go to the “Criteria” Page. We already have curated packages designed for MOM Education Verification checks where you can select your preferred criteria to send transmit requests to their candidates.

If the primary location of employment is not Singapore, but you still wish to request a MOM Education verification check, you can create your own criteria, by clicking on "New Criteria." and toggle on the "Academic Achievement" option.

Authentication and accreditation checks are available, with authentication pre-selected. The cost of MOM checks (70 credits for authenticity and 70 credits for accreditation) is clearly displayed.

Candidates can easily input and verify educational qualification details, including the institution's information. The platform supports the entry and verification of multiple educational qualifications.

The operations team conducts rigorous screening of these checks and the system is equipped to independently verify the authenticity of results and the accreditation of institutions.

New statuses will be shown to comply with MOM guidelines. For each check, these are the options:

  • Authentication
  • Authenticated
  • Unable to Authenticate;
  • Accreditation
  • Accredited;
  • Unable to Accreditate;
  • Discrepant

In the end, a unified PDF report consolidating candidate identity, qualifications, and verification summaries is available, and the report features our company abbreviation, verification date, and a unique tracking ID.
