In August we focused on speed and clarity in everyday flows. We tightened the UK Right to Work process, enabled instant conversions for Singapore MOM academic checks, and sharpened support routing so urgent issues move faster.
The goal is simple: fewer stalls, clearer outcomes, quicker hires.
UK Right to Work updates
The UK RTW flow now maps outcomes cleanly and cuts down manual follow ups.
Where you will see it
- Status changes post automatically when a Digital ID check completes through HooYu, so you no longer need to chase results.
- Results are normalised in the client app and in exported reports, so teams interpret outcomes the same way.
- Clear prompts show the right next step for non HooYu routes, including Share Code and face to face checks.

- Less back and forth for hiring teams
- Faster case closure because statuses update without manual intervention
- Fewer misreads of results due to consistent labels and guidance
Why it’s important
You stay aligned with Home Office requirements while cutting admin time. Teams get a single source of truth for outcomes
Getting started
- UK or Irish citizens: use Digital Identity Verification via HooYu; if digital fails, complete a face to face document check.
- All other nationalities: collect a Home Office Share Code; if a Share Code is not available, complete a face to face check.
- Tip: add a brief note in your hiring SOP so recruiters know which route to start with for each candidate type.
Useful example. A non UK candidate without a Share Code starts on the face to face route. The app records that route and the final result shows the method used, which helps audits later.
Easier MOM conversions for academic checks (Singapore)
When MOM Authentication or Accreditation is needed, our team can switch the route instantly without slowing your order.

- Mid case conversions between Standard Academic Achievement, MOM Authentication only, or MOM Authentication plus Accreditation
- Automatic credit adjustments reflected on the order, so billing stays accurate

No action needed on your side. If MOM is required, our team updates the route in the Ops Portal and the case continues with the correct path. You will see the change reflected in your order details.
Useful example. A candidate originally sent for a standard education check is flagged for MOM Authentication plus Accreditation. Ops converts the route, credits adjust automatically, and you see a single continuous case with the right labels.
