Key focuses of the role:

·        Answering the client queries within a fast and prompt fashion

·        Work with the Operations and sales team to ensure delivery and high level of client satisfaction

·        Answering operational queries within 1hr to ensure we provide a quick response to the client

·        Helping to grow the accounts that we have for a larger share of their business

What that tangibly means:

·        Have to complete upwards of 50 checks per day

·        Maintain accurate client case files and track your performance KPIs

·        Suggest improvements to the process on how we can be more efficient

·        Deal with other departments in the business to ensure smooth co-ordination across teams

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of:

·        Working in the background screening or compliance industry

·        Has experience working in a customer success and account management role

·        Is entirely client focused and delivering a fantastic experience for them

·        Working to KPIs and deadlines in terms of ensuring appropriate delivery of results

·        Working from home with the sense of self accountability to deliver wherever they are based

·        Showing they can grow and improve with time and experience

·        A keen interest in the world of HR and the topic of the future of work
